Bengalon – PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk ("the Company") once again demonstrated its commitment to implementing Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) programs by organizing a Mass Circumcision Program on Thursday, June 4, 2026, in Muara Bengalon Village, Bengalon District, East Kutai Regency. This initiative forms part of the Company’s efforts to contribute to improving community health, particularly for children, while also strengthening harmonious relations between the Company and communities surrounding its operational areas.
The event was attended by various stakeholders, including representatives from KPC and the Bengalon Community Relations Forum (FCRB), Head of Public Order and Security Section (Kasi Trantib) of Bengalon District Mr. Akhmad Rasyidi representing the Head of Bengalon District, Indonesian Navy Post Commander (Danposal) First Lieutenant (Lettu Laut) Triyono and his team, Head of Muara Bengalon Village Mr. M. Yusuf Pamasse, Principal of SMP Negeri 5 Bengalon Mr. Samual Kendek, and Bengalon Site Manager of PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk Mr. Noviar Daviantomy.
In his remarks, Mr. Akhmad Rasyidi expressed his appreciation for the Company’s initiative in consistently delivering social programs that provide direct benefits to the community. He also conveyed his gratitude to the Indonesian Navy personnel for their support in ensuring the successful implementation of the event. Looking ahead, he expressed his hope that the Company will continue to grow and deliver more impactful social programs for the community, particularly in the Bengalon District area.
The mass circumcision program was conducted from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. (WITA) with the support of 20 healthcare professionals from Sepaso Bengalon Community Health Center (Puskesmas). Of the total 100 registered participants, 85 children underwent circumcision procedures at the Laboratory of SMP Negeri 5 Muara Bengalon, while the remaining 15 participants received services at Sepaso Bengalon Community Health Center. The event was carried out smoothly thanks to the support and collaboration of all parties involved.
Through this program, the Company hopes to continue making meaningful contributions to improving public health and supporting sustainable community welfare within its operational areas.
